Terms and Conditions:

Northern Territory Indigenous Tours will endeavour to meet, but cannot guarantee, exact pick-up and drop-off times, nor that Tess Atie will be available to lead every tour.

Northern Territory Indigenous Tours reserves the right to amend tour times and itineraries, with no refunds, due to extremes of weather, road closures, emergency incidents or other unusual circumstances to ensure the safety of passengers.

Northern Territory Indigenous Tours will take all due care but accepts no responsibility for injury, illness, or other loss or damage to any person or property sustained while on a tour.

We strongly recommend you carry travel insurance that includes cancellation cover. Please make bookings with care. If you cancel a confirmed tour less than one week before departure, we cannot refund any part of the tour cost.

If you cancel a confirmed tour more than one week before departure, or if a tour has to be cancelled due to the Bureau of Meteorology issuing a tropical cyclone warning for the tour area, we can only refund 70% of the tour cost, as we still have to pay commissions on the booking.

If you change the date of a confirmed tour, we will charge you a $30 administration fee.

If an exceptional circumstance (other than a tropical cyclone warning for the tour area) forces Northern Territory Indigenous Tours to cancel a tour before departure, we will fully refund the tour price to you.

TOUR PRICE
$990 per day for up to 7 passengers + applicable entry fees, boat cruise costs, meals and accommodation.

VEHICLE
Luxury, air conditioned, 4X4 Toyota LandCruiser 200 GXL with state-of-the-art communications.

WHAT TO BRING
Please bring a hat, suitable footwear and (if desired) a swimming costume and towel.
